Minor Requirements

JDST Minor (24 credits)

The Judaic Studies (JDST) minor offers students an interdisciplinary exploration of Judaic history, culture, literature, and religious thought from antiquity to the modern era. The curriculum provides both a strong historical foundation and opportunities for focused study through upper-division electives. Students may also deepen their engagement with Judaic texts and traditions by taking Hebrew language courses, which count toward the upper-division credit requirement. The minor requires a total of 24 credits, divided between foundational courses and upper-division electives as outlined below.

I. Foundation Courses: 8 credits
